Refund Application Conditions

A valid order number and relevant proof (such as photos, etc.) must be provided for the refund application.
Application Process

Once we receive your application, we will process it within 3 business days and notify you of the processing result by email.
Refund Processing
Once the refund application is approved, we will refund the amount to the original account you used to pay within 5 business days.
The refund amount will not include any shipping costs.
Special Cases
We will not accept refund requests for personal reasons (such as dislike, unsuitability, etc.).
Special promotions and customized products are not refundable once sold.
